Our Shrewsbury-based marketing company is looking for a highly organised person to join the team and support our two co-founders and directors, Andy Rao and Joel Stone.
Expect to be keeping them in line, managing their diaries, assisting with marketing content, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and checking in with specific clients, suppliers and prospects.
If you haven't guessed, this will be a varied role! One minute you could be jumping on a call to ensure a guest has everything they need for an upcoming meeting. The next, you'll be accompanying the directors on a trip to see clients in London. Or getting our training room ready for a big pitch.

We're looking for someone with experience in an office environment who appreciates the values of prioritization and urgency. A person who can get sh*t done.
Maybe you're already a PA, maybe you're not. It doesn't matter as long as you're proactive, hungry to learn, interested in marketing and are good with people.
You'll take pride in getting to know Andy and Joel, and understand how important the small tasks are as well as the big ones. You'll keep the office running smoothly. Your tech confidence will allow you to easily navigate our CRM to deliver a six-star service.
This will be a full-time, key position within Codebreak, as your work will allow the directors to focus on what they need to focus on to grow the company. You will help make them as efficient as possible - and everyone wins as a result.
